My Role as a Mentor
I provide a support role, and assisting the business owners to meet their goals and objectives. It is important when approaching the business to give clarity in defining business issues, defining the opportunities, defining the problems, and create structure with purpose.
Firstly,
We will sit down together and have a face to face discussion about the areas in the business which need attention. As the information is private and confidential, I prefer to meet somewhere where we can discuss theses areas in complete privacy.
Secondly,
Subject to your approval, we will undertake a Business Health Check to identify those areas which require further attention. There a fees attached to this activity and generally take about One – Two Hours. Refer to the fees area section on the website.
My Approach covers these areas (but not limited to);
- Prioritize the current issues facing the business
- Set up a flexible time table
- To provide face to face mentoring sessions
- Telephone and e-mail contact
- Realistic and Practical Options
- Identify the goals and objectives

Thirdly,
At the conclusion of the business health check activity, we have identified a number of key areas. Strategies are mapped out to assist the business and the owner can engage my services within the options that are available as outlined in the Fees Structure Area.
